Gem Tec's Directors are qualified to the highest levels in electrical engineering. Their qualifications were gained with the British Armed Services, and make them uniquely suited to select, install, and maintain security, communications and surveillance equipment of all kinds.

Business capability and standards.
The technical skills Gem Tec's directors coupled with some 10 years practical experience have earned the organisation comprehensive recognition.

Gem Tec is approved by the Wiltshire Constabulary (approval is acknowledged by all other UK Police Forces) and is a Security Systems & Alarms Inspection Board (SSAIB) Approved Installer.

All security systems are installed to BS 4737 (British Standard for Intruder Alarm Systems). All associated electrical work is installed to BS 7671 (16th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations) and complies to Health and Safety at Work (electrical) 1992.

Gem Tec is also working towards ISO 9002 registration.
